We partner with your employer to give you the power to access your earned wages, transferring them into your account whenever you need them. Our secure, safe technology links to your company's timekeeping system. If you need it, you can log in, request a transfer, and we'll transfer the amount to your bank account instantly for a small fee. Alternatively, a standard transfer (1-3 business days) is completely free.

Your company will pay you as usual - with any transfers you've taken from us subtracted from the final amount.

Please note, this benefit only works if your employer is a myFlexPay partner. You can log into our secure app using the details provided to you by your employer.

Customer service is a little lacking and takes too long to respond, along with other tasks that need completion according to what one of their representatives told me, because they're having difficulties to catch up. The service is good in theory, but it's not being properly executed in this case or something changed, last year it worked great, now I've been unable to use it for a week and had to wait 3 days for a response. Not as advertised, not available right away hen emergencies arise.

Constant Inconsistenties. It used to be I logged my time through Workday and 2-4 hours later, funds available. Now it's a huge maybe if it will even appear the next day, sometimes taking until the next week to appear. Pointless app if I need the funds and they don't go through to the app at all & I end up needing to borrow money to compensate. Really was hoping that this would go better with the recent rushed move I needed to do, so far I'm getting left stranded regularly and borrowing money.

I tried using it today because I have been out of work for medical reasons. I needed the money immediately and it didn't show that option. My company just started using the app. I don't like it the other app they used had live support. The chat bot is of no use to resolve a issue.
