It seems like it's going to be a great app because you can order what you want, slicing thickness, etc, but the push notifications suck. When you click on it it just opens to the app with no info. I could see the push note said "your order has been modified" but when I tapped it so I saw was my order. I picked up my order and found out no liverwurst. No option to substitute was offered. Also, I opted to be notified by text and email and got nothing. What works works well. What doesn't, sucks

Beware. The app has one flaw which prevents ordering some items. Some deli meats have two (instead of one) drop down menus for slicing preference -- the second is for cheese which doesn't offer the shaved option. In-store clerks always follow the cheese slicing option for these meats. I've taken the time to report this twice to support, including screenshots, but it never gets fixed. Too bad. Since this is the only way I can order deli at my ShopRite I end up shopping elsewhere for these items.

Push notifications appear, but when you click on them for more information, it just takes you to the app home screen with no further info. Also, it would be helpful to be able to communicate with the local store that is fulfilling your order for replacement items etc. I request thick slicing, but half the time it is shaved thin. I have had at least a handful of experiences where the deli never received my order even after I received the confirmation from the app that they did.
