I made the mistake of downloading this app, and trying this service (in an emergency situation), so you don't have too... Of course my money was 'pulled' immediately from my account, but some 9 hours later I was finally told my transaction was rejected. There's so much more to unpack from customer service when I enquired about why my transaction didn't go through. You all know how this story ends. For some reason it's going to take 6 business days to receive my refund You're welcome! My Bad!

EDIT: I had a credit alert that my information was found on the dark web could be identity theft . This happened about the same time I was dealing with the Ria people. It locked me out of my account and won't even let me back in even though I gave them the proof that I am me. If you accidentally enter something wrong a couple times like updating your debit card for instance, they lock you out and you have a difficult time getting back in even with an appeal. This app is extremely shady.

DON'T!!!! WAY TOO MANY REASONS TO AVOID THOS APP/SERVICE!! IF you like your money, and need it transfered to yourself, or someone else, find another way. 🙏 Customer service is worthless, the service and app are buggy, and the info given (transfer times) is wrong and incomplete. Find another way. I'm surprised there isn't a class action against RIA and/or Walmart for allowing this.
