Literally one of the worst services I've ever had to deal with. They have no customer service over phone, only app, and the app's customer service Is poorly dealt with. Also, they have given me 2 different refund issuing dates, and all of them have passed with no refund whatsoever. Highly unrecommended and will NEVER use again.

1- Price is high compared to a car not full option. 2- When not returned full fuel ⛽️ they apply high tax, which is not aligned with the value of fuel. 3- I forgot my glasses, and when contact them in less than 24 hours they tell me nothing present in the car. To summarize, the worst service ever I faced in KSA. I don't recommend.

I booked using the app three times. The pros: in new jeddah airport i never wait in the counter inside the airport. I simply go to the garage and pickup the car. The cons: 1- workers will try their best to make you pay for gas even if you filled it right before delivering the car. 2-the Madina branch ripped us off asking for more money than what we already paid on the app because they claimed the system did not reflect the correct price online. Not my problem but try that 30 min before departure
