Ratings and reviews

Things have come a long way since my first review. The food quality is good and they have a better frosty selection. There were actually reasonably good deals on the app but they have drastically cut back on discounts that seem now not really worth it. There are better paper coupon deals in the local mailer. Or Doordash even. I'm uninstalling the app. It's no longer really useful outside of ordering convenience. One use = one star.

for some reason this app doesn't recognize that the location that's near me serves sausage and egg biscuits. when I try to use a reward coupon, which of course it makes me redeem before I can actually place the order, it gives me an error unless I change the location to one that's not near my house. so I've now used points for buying that I could have used to actually get something. thanks Wendy's!

The app often times takes too long to load. When it does load, sometimes there are issues placing an order. I got a notification for a free 10 piece nugget with any purchase that was set to expire today. I went to use the offer today, and I couldn't even get to the order section. The app kept saying something was wrong, so I logged out and logged back in. The offer disappeared and was replaced with a BOGO free 10 piece nugget offer, so I would've had to pay more than I originally intended.

What’s new

Less bugs, more beef — we’ve made it easier to customize salads, edit meals, confirm locations, and log in to your account. We’ve also added accessibility improvements for a more seamless experience.
