UGH! Can't view all menus. Breakfast and lunch/dinner menus are hidden depending on the time of day. Other fast food apps let you see all menus (e.g., breakfast, lunch, late night) any time of day to plan ahead. You can even place orders for food that will be available in those different times. The website lists menu items for the day, but it's very incomplete. Eg. It shows pictures of breakfast combos but fails to provide text of what is included. And of course, no prices are listed.

Wendy's might have good food, but the app isn't as good as McDonald's. The app has a tendency to be plagued with issues like getting logged out for no reason, using offers is cumbersome. You have to enable it through the "Offers" tab then make sure that you're taken to the menu to enable the offer in the mobile order. It's much easier to do it in person and scan the QR code. The app also doesn't register your current location automatically. Overall, it's very clunky and needs improvement.

simple app. only error is I couldn't save payment information. but other than that, better than the other apps. one UX improvement is if you got a coupon applied that doesn't meat your order cost amount, you should still allow to see the checkout view so we can adjust quantities there to meet the minimum order requirement. good app overall though
