My thanks for this issue being fixed is way overdue. It's good to see positive results. Why do Woolworth's and Coles not specify in their apps if it is an "online only" special? It is so embarrassing to query the "in-store" service desk regarding a missing special priced item only to be told it's an "online special only". Come on people, look after your customers!! Otherwise, great apps on both fronts, except that now Coles have dropped the "specials" tab forcing you to browse tbe catalogue!!

I use this app all of the time. Unfortunately, it won't let me use my discount code or my rewards card. I have updated and reinstalled it, but it stays the same. I am disabled and find it very difficult to shop in store. I already missed rewards points from my last pick-up order.

Ordering/ delivery/ pick up are generally good when the right items are collected but a little frustrated my rewards can't seem to load prompting me to link but then it's refusing to refresh. Won't be using it until that's fixed
