Ratings and reviews

It works, but it's so unorganized. It takes me 3 clicks just to clock in. My paystubs, weeks hours, internal job postings, pretty much anything you'd need at the ready are all buried under menu after menu. The app makes you set up a passcode (which I like) but it expires after 30 days. It also makes you change your password every so often which is extremely annoying. The first and foremost function of this app (for my business purposes) is to clock in and clock out but it makes it take too long.

Freezes when trying to clock in or clock out. I don't know if this is from an android system update or from a workday update, but it's been really difficult to use the app. It completely locks up my phone so I have to restart the device. I'm lucky it's a redundancy for me but it's becoming less usable and less desirable. The only upside is when biometrics work, I don't have to use a second authentication to login.

Have used this app for over a year. Our company switched from UKG to this and its been a nightmare. 80% of the time, it errors out when logging into the app and I have to completely uninstall to ever get it to work again. If not, I have to use the web version and every single time, that forces me to use a code sent to my email. Its very annoying trying to access anything.And the app/website are both just horribly organized with some things being hidden behind multiple pages. Would not recommend.
