updated review (August 31, 2025) totally give up on this app. my theory is I'm just not in a heavily populated area to have any success with this. I've had the app installed for a while now and never once have I received anything related to jobs available to complete. might work in places like Los Angeles or Las Vegas or a highly populated area but where I am (Midwest about 45 minutes from a larger city than where I am) I got ZERO. not even anything. total waste of phone storage space.

There doesn't appear to be any option to toggle how far away you want to receive job offers for. Driving 20 miles one way for a slight above minimum wage gig for a 4 hour shift isn't appealing at all. The app could use some refinement, for example allowing users to customize how far they are willing to travel, allowing users to block offers from specific companies, and choose what level of compensation they would be willing to work for.

Overall, yes this is a good gig app in terms of flexibility and pay. But all of that cancels out when they allow stores to verbally tell workers that the work they did was good and well, thanks so much, but then turns around and gives the worker a bad rating, and store ban 6 days after a shift. All of that stays on your profile so other employers can see that. When I personally went to the store to understand what happened, I was suspended by Reflex after and told basically to lay down shut up.
