I can't claim my rewards, I'm so disappointed, do something about this!! I'm restricted even though i didn't open the app within 24 hours, but when I open it to claim the rewards, it's already restricted, like what the!!! Do something because it's not my fault to be restricted, it's on yours.. I'm waiting for the actions, hope you'll fix it very soon

I just verified on September 8 but when I opened it after 24 hours I couldn't claim my WLD coins. It says that my account is restricted. I have asked for help several times and expressed my concern to chat support but they always say there is nothing they can do about this issue. Please fix this issue because so many accounts are restricted even though they are not doing anything with their accounts. Until now I still can't claim my WLD coins.

I'm consistently encountering a 'Too many requests' error when trying to interact with the app, especially after tapping on icons or trying to navigate. The icons are visible, but clicking them often leads to this error, making the app unusable. Could you please look into this API limit or request issue? I'm hoping for a fix soon so I can use the app properly. Thanks!
