had auto pay on with a valid CC and it wasn't paying my bills. Edit: addressing the response. That card had no issue being charged for my other account, and I received no declined notifications from my CC provider. But specifically for the app, no notifications (push, text, etc) that payments were failing. When accessing the app there was no indication of any issue, autopay ui behaved as if it was enabled. And There was 6 months of overdue payments, not 3 as you stated.

Thank you for the review. After researching your two accounts, we found one where the CC associated with the autopay failed 3 months in a row. This canceled the autopay. Please reset up the Autopay with a valid CC or call/email XBP support with the new card. You will need to call the bank or the reason the CC was declined.

It worked for a few months. Update on August 2, 2024. Another update, another fail. Very confusing and conflicting payment input. This is my third attempt. It says payment accepted. It said that the previous two times. My water was shut off. I've been using payment apps for a long time. This is the worst. I discovered the payment system began rejecting payment attempts after the February 15 2024 update.

Update: my town is retiring Xpress. Good riddance, and I'm happy to have helped with that process. Keeps saying I'm using an older version, even after uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the data and cache. Seems others have been having similar issues for over 2 months. I've complained to the company that issues my bills, and they stated they are looking at alternatives. Hopefully losing customers will prompt you to fix your app.

What’s new

Updating address on profile will prompt for the update of address for existing wallets. Search box has been added to the account and autopay list pages. Payment history page has been updated. A bug with resetting passwords with a temporary password has been fixed.
