Downloaded the app and hooked up to my vehicle. The set-up is asking for a serial number and i cannot for the life of me find it. It's nowhere on the packaging or the receipt, there are numbers printed on the module, but none of them seem to be the correct number. I tried looking on the website to see if there were more instructions (other than the pamphlet in the box) to no avail. Tried calling the 877 number for help, only to get a computer answer I ended up returning it where I bought it.

using for my 2011 Subaru Outback - the data files are mostly empty, I can't overlay pins nor graph them during live data capture which was the entire reason I purchased the GearWrench Pro BT dongle. it's also a slow connection between live data and readout. the refresh rate seems slow.

no matter what it will not connect to the model I've tried different phones and it says it can't connect even tryed different vehicle and no luck
