I can't use the app to complete my transactions. I kept having the error "dynamic vector not updated". Then I uninstalled the app to register again, unfortunately it comes with another error "CARD_NOT_ALLOWED". Can you support guys escalate these issues to right department? Meanwhile, your procedure with your banking apps are bogus, unlike other bank apps where you can EASILY complete your transactions with just PIN, PIN+OTP and 2FA just in one application.

The app is point less youust jus go to the bank you can't do anything other than that it defeats the purpose of having the app. It is frustrating.

Dear Zenith Bank, must I always go to the Bank? Why can't you people make things easier for your customers? Banking App showing my account is locked, reset password to login. Have been try to reset password, but I can't, e-token app just looking hopeless. Please, do the needful
