Horrible experience and, useless app. Not able to book the appointment because the developer looks like a child who doesn't know how to create an app. Whenever you try to book an appointment it will give an error that the slot is not available. I tried a different slot same error then Called the hospital and found the same slot available. This app is just a showpiece not useful at all.

Poorly designed application. Can't find options easily and lab reports download is a big issue. It shows downloaded but location is not mentioned and actually not downloaded. View lab reports is really bad, won't zoom if report if of 2 pages and initially report shows as blank till you move it.

In this modern age where technology is so advanced as it is now and where competitors use apps like these to be ahead of their competition, the design, execution and maintenance of this app is so terrible. A simple function such as downloading of the reports don't work. Updating the registered phone number of the patient from the hospital help desk doesn't work. The hospital administration need to focus on their IT division and services and revamp the way they work or risk losing customers.
