App looks okay but closing account procedure seems dodgy.. You can't close the account when you don't have digital certified signature. What if you, don't have certified signature and want to close the account remotely? When opening account digital certified signature was not required.. Please fix it to make it easier as most (if not all) your competitors do it much better!

I forgot my money at home so I tried this for payment cuz am so hungry that cannibalism seems like a good idea. But. This app is slow like the painful death am soon gonna go through, and filled with errors like Bethesda game. Sending ID made me confused cuz it just froze after clicking for no reason. If it takes time to load let us know. So I don't click like a demented bot. That brings me neatly to the failed activation email I received. It's cool it didn't work but telling us why would be gold

They promise you a seamless onboarding but when you pass all steps to verify yourself and get your score assessed, that's when they say they need to check somw6hing else. On the 3rd working day (instead of max 1 day that they claim) they just send you a generic rejection email. Customer Support is non existent there so don't waste your time contacting them. Poor customer experience.
