The app itself works fine, but recently I've been having issues with the arrival time for my rides. I've been late to two interviews so far because I booked my drop off time for five minutes ahead so I can be on time, only for the bus to show up ten minutes after it was supposed to drop me off. Idk what's going on but I hope this issue gets fixed soon.

used to absolutely love this app , however the last few days its had a glitch. I can set my ride up and it will have the little blue box at the bottom saying reserve ride and at the top it will say no rides available. so it won't let me set up a ride. please fix this issue !!! thank you !!!

first time rider!! and it was less stressful than I thought it would be, the driver was super nice! and even though I got off on the wrong stop- that was my fault. but overall, I was nervous at first but I got used to it
