King County Metro Flex is an on-demand neighborhood transit service. Use your phone to ride anywhere in your service area for the same cost as a bus trip.

Use your phone to tell Metro Flex where you are and where you want to go. You’ll receive a nearby pick-up location for a Metro Flex vehicle only a short walk away.

It just takes a minute to book your ride! The app will send you an approximate arrival time for your Metro Flex vehicle.

AFFORDABLE

Metro Flex costs the same as a Metro bus trip. And with your ORCA card, you can transfer for free to or from a bus or Sound Transit Link light rail. You can also pay with a Transit GO Ticket or credit/debit card. Youth up to age 18 ride free.

good idea.... BUT THE ABSOLUTE WORST, AND I MEAN WORST DRIVERS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.....EVER!!!! They will just sit in a location knowing they have people to pick up, and will continue to push back the pick up time for no reason at all. I say this because it's happened to me multiple times. they will say that there at the pick up location when clearly there not. and when they do show up to pick you up its not even at the location that your app is telling you to be at, thus missing your ride!

zero stars. the app cannot get your pickup location correct. it regularly tells you your pickup location is elsewhere. sometimes it tells you you have to walk further into the zone to get picked up when you're coming from a community-oriented service, food bank for example, and or within the zone. I have regularly seen it be quicker to wait for a bus or walk home, a 45 minute + walk, and make it home before I would be on the move after getting picked up. do not use

The service is great, but the app itself has some bugs. About 30% of the time the driver doesn't get a notification that I've booked a ride, so they just stay parked until I call them. Some drivers can't be called, so I have to cancel the ride and try again, or take a bus. When I open the hamburger menu, I can only access my profile. All of the other items just show the loading animation. Once you book a ride, you can no longer see your ETA
