Never works and when it does magically won't load the application when i side Burger king. almost like they dont want you to gain points/ use your coupons :(. Deleted it after months of it not working, the team behind this app is worthless

Somehow the 'improvements' have made the app the app worse. It never remembers my delivery info and I have to re-enter it every time. That's after the app hangs indefinitely when I try to choose something for my order. Using crowns barely works as the 'offer is unavailabke in my restaurant' and I can't choose a different one even though I may be within reasonable range of delivery. And for some incomprehensible reason, basic items lime a cheeseburger menu are 'not available in my restaurant'!

terrible app. I spent a lot of time trying to order. I use a 10% discount coupon trying to order, but I couldn't finish that order and I lost my discount as well. All the experience was very frustrating. **Edit: In addition, they send me the wrong hamburger. I contact them through the app on Sep 15th (day of the order) and I never got an answer. On Sep 27th I sent another message to the customer service and until now I didn't get any answers.
