My only complaints are you can't leave a note for the employees with specifics about your order. They have no way of knowing you don't want pickles on your burger or a drink without ice. This is a basic feature that should've been there since the beginning. There is also no integrated way to reach out to the BK team with comments, issues, or suggestions, leaving you no choice but to use the Google Play store, where your feedback drowns in an ocean of unmoderated notes made by literal human bots.

Love the APP, But a bit Slow . I truly wish they would let us know before ordering when certain foods are not available!!! Especially the Ice cream is Almost Never Available in All these BK restaurants, Your Ice cream Machines Sucks!!!!!! it Never is working!!!!!! But for now the APP is alright đđœ

terrible app. steals your money and they do not contact you when you contact them. Do not order via mobile, it will give you an error and good luck with getting your money back.
