Trenìt! is the most popular app to search for trains schedules and prices in Italy, available for Android, iOS and Web (www.trenit.app).
Its first version was released in September 2009 with the name Italian Trains Timetable, and it became Trenìt! in May 2014.

Very useful tool to find out what trains are available, locations, prices, dates and times. Save time from having to go directly to the train company's website and surf through different pages. This only problem is that occasionally the ads at the bottom don't allow you to continue scrolling for additional times. You have to refresh the search to reload the schedules. Not a big deal.

I like this app for planning travel times, platforms, junction stations etc. Leave notifications turned on to be notified of any disruptions 👍🏻

Great app, notwithstanding the vintage UI. One feature that is really missing is the ability to track a train that has already departed. Currently, you can only do this if you have previously added it as a favorite. Instead, it would be very helpful to have a search option based on the train number, which would unlock such useful scenario. Moreover, this feature is so simple to implement. UPD 26-05-2023: really appreciated developer fixed the issue in lighting fast time! 5 stars well deserved!
