Ratings and reviews

The worst bank I've ever dealt with. They only charge fees and refuse to do anything useful in return. Basically charge clients for policing them in the worst imaginable way. The app is very clunky and inconvenient as well with so small fonts that it is hardly usab6.

There is a problem with mobile app. When trying to reset a password with email option, it requests for ID number. When ID number entered, it requests for "favorite email". There is no option to add email, as only digit keyboard available.

Please add the ability to set a card PIN in-app. Currently, it's only possible to request a new random one, but I want to set my own custom PIN
