Important Notes:

Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number. If you need assistance with your account PIN or the app itself, please contact your healthcare provider directly. InteliChart does not have access to this information.

What you can see and do within the Patient Portal app depends on which features your doctor has enabled. If you have questions about the features that are available to you or you notice certain functionality is missing, please contact your healthcare organization directly.

this app is horrible. it either loads slow and with the tabs scattered all over, or it doesn't open at all! I have tried with and without wifi. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and nothing! and I should be able to use the back arrow on my phone without getting backed all the way out of the app! sadly, it used to work really well. now it's terrible

For the past few days, some Android app users may have had trouble connecting to the patient portal due to a secure connection update. This did not affect the safety of your information, and the issue has now been fully resolved. If you’ve been happy with the app otherwise, please consider updating your star rating.

setup an account yesterday, today it won't let me login and says no account associated with my email address. your responses makes no sense, your app is telling me in less than 24 hrs of setting up the account,that there is no account in the name of my long time used email. I was in my portal less than 24 hrs ago and ✔️ ng out all the features. I will not be changing your 1 star review for your 1 star app

Account access is managed directly by your healthcare provider. To get this resolved quickly, please reach out to your provider’s office so they can review your account setup and ensure everything is connected properly. Once your provider verifies your information, you’ll be able to log in again without issue.

I used to use this app for everything. messaging was easy and answered promptly, making and checking appointments was simple and detailed. about a month ago I noticed things falling through the cracks. I cant see any messages except those to my PCP. specialist and lab messages and appointments no longer were displayed. now, the entire screen is blank upon opening imthe app. if this is intended to be the first line if communication, it needs to work as such rather than just PCP or blank.
