A true experience You guys should keep updating and fix a lot of bugs. There are so many found everywhere in your app. I'm continuously using it for 2 hours and noticed that when you use same feature again and again it will stop working or will show error , there is lag everywhere in this app. Price fluctuations from starting and you guys are unnecessarily expanding instead of making customer experience , services better. It can be better and after giving updates and fixes i hope you'll resolve.

Disappointed by False Free Ticket Offer I've booked bus tickets four times on this app with same bus , and despite their advertised free ticket offer, I haven't received any. This is misleading and frustrating. I recommend the app clarifies its free ticket policy or removes the misleading offer entirely. I will prefer goibibo in next booking

It is okay if there is no problem with your booking, but if there is a problem then you will never get a way to contact their support team directly, only via slow and dumb bot. My earliest experience with their booking was incorrect boarding instructions, I've tried multiple times contacting them to get the correct instruction and location but had no hope until the bus was coming and I still haven't get proper guidance where to take the bus, it was very vague and unclear, avoid KKKL bus from SG!
