I ordered this product but unfortunately it was delivered in an expired condition. This was really disappointing as I was expecting better quality control.I tried reaching out through the app, but there was either no response or very minimal support provided. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I would expect more reliability both in product quality and in customer service.

If I give a one rating, that too will be too much because Instamart does not deserve that either. Their delivery partners are fraudulent. After taking the order, the order does not arrive and it shows that the order has been delivered. And customer care does not help. Very poor service.

Very bad experience. Orders are not delivered on time, and one of my orders arrived with a missing item. Only when I raised a complaint did they inform me that the item was unavailable. I had to cross-check carefully to understand this; otherwise, most customers wouldn’t even notice. It feels like they are making money through such practices.
