NON-CUSTODIAL CRYPTOCURRENCY APP

ChangeNOW is a non-custodial cryptocurrency aggregator/interface that enables conversion from one digital asset to another. No account creation is required for basic use. Users specify the exchange pair, amount, and wallet address, after which the transaction is executed by third-party providers. Processing time may vary depending on network conditions and transaction size.

SUPPORTED COINS AND TOKENS

The application supports over 1400 supported digital assets, including:
Bitcoin (BTC), Solana (SOL), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Ripple (XRP), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Polkadot (DOT), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), ERC-20, BEP-20, TRC-20, and others.

Stablecoins such as Tether (USDT), TrueUSD (TUSD), USD Coin (USDC), Binance USD (BUSD), Dai (DAI), and Gemini Dollar (GUSD).

DeFi-related tokens like Uniswap (UNI), Yearn.finance (YFI), SushiSwap (SUSHI), Pancakeswap (CAKE), Chainlink (LINK), Maker (MKR), BAT, Bancor (BNT), and others.

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED

The app does not require user registration or collection personal information. Users’ digital assets remain fully under their own control; ChangeNOW does not store or access them.

EXCHANGE TIME

Transactions usually start within a few minutes. Processing time varies depending on network load and transaction size — larger transfers (over ~1 BTC or equivalent) may require additional time.

RATES AND FEES

Exchange rates are determined by our trusted partners at the moment of transaction execution. All network or service fees, when applicable, are displayed before confirmation.

FLEXIBLE EXCHANGE AMOUNTS

The minimum transaction amounts depend on the selected asset and network (around $1 equivalent). No specific upper limit is set within the App.

OPTIONAL LOYALTY REWARD

A loyalty reward is available to registered users, calculated per transaction under applicable terms. Reward accruals and withdrawals are displayed in the app and governed by the respective partner’s conditions.

FIAT-TO-CRYPTO ACCESS

Users can exchange fiat (USD, EUR, etc.) for crypto through external third-party platforms. These services operate under their own terms and may not be available in all regions.

I used to like this exchange a lot more but lately I have been running into more issues. The speed your crypto will get delivered hasn't always been great but it wasn't horrible. I like it because the process to purchase is super easy and without any issues. I've had 2 purchases that came out of my bank account today at 1 AM and it's now 10:45 AM and no one has answered me. I've already purchased what I've been waiting here for somewhere else thinking I would have this resolved.

Pretty sure this app is a scam. There was an issue with one of my transactions so I reached out to support multiple times with no response. They claimed it only takes them about an hour to respond but I've been waiting for a response over a week. I was also kicked out of their support queue after waiting over 2 hours in line. Don't know what happened to my money because no one will let me know. Upd: No. I already did so on your other review app and it was pointless. No help. SCAM APP AVOID!

The change now customer service number doesn't even work. My transaction failed, and I still ain't receive my money back. I even wrote a return address. I sent several emails, (their number doesn't even work). I have a feeling this app is making profits by keeping the failed transactions. Well the issue was solved. Thank You Change Now. This is a great app, but your customer service department needs more improvement. I understand though that it's a new system in place. It takes a team!
