About this app

With the IO app you interact easily and securely with various Italian Public Administrations, both local and national. You can access all their services, receive communications and manage payments, in one app.

In particular, through IO you can:

- add your personal documents to the app Wallet to have them in digital version and always with you, on your device;
- receive relevant messages and communications from public bodies, including those of legal value;
- remember and manage your deadlines towards the Public Administration;
- pay any pagoPA notice by scanning the QR code or starting from a message received in the app;
- download your pagoPA receipts, even if you have not paid via the app.

To get started with IO, log in to the app with your SPID credentials or, alternatively, with your Electronic Identity Card (CIE) or the CieID app. After the first login, you will be able to log in even faster by entering a PIN of your choice or via biometric recognition (fingerprint or face recognition), maintaining secure authentication.

IO is an app that evolves day after day, also thanks to your feedback: if while using it you notice something that doesn't work as it should or that you think could be improved, you can report it with dedicated features in the app.

OBSOLETE SECURITY ,You can use the hardware key attestation API to verify that a device is running GrapheneOS to permit it alongside an OS licensing Google apps as they do with the Play Integrity API already. Make sure to push back against false claims that it has something to do with compatibility or security issues. The only reason they aren't permitting it is because we do not license Google Mobile Services (GMS) and these apps are enforcing Google's business interests rather than security.

The payment page expires too quickly, while the bank is authorizing the transaction and in the end it's never clear if the payment went through or not.

This app does not work if your outside of Italy to pay your bills if your not able to go to Italy, it asks for Italian id or Italian credit cards to register pay. why can it not be simple you register with just a email, you pay your bill with any card visa MasterCard America express etc, this app still out of touch with the modern world of payments.
