About this app

SPARK is an electric car-sharing app for your affordable and eco-friendly travels in the EU cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.

We provide only electric cars to reach your destination in comfort and style, respecting the environment and saving your costs. Free-floating model allows you to start your trip in one location and leave SPARK car in any other location within designated zones as shown on the map. Your travels might take from few minutes to days – as long as you need a car at the affordable cost.

• Find a car, reserve it and unlock via app.

the most useless app i've ever had. tried to register a million times.it really tried my patience....and to no success ! keeps giving errors 'oops smth went wrong' after u've tried out all possible ways to register! useless ! i've uninstalled, ran out of patience. will use taxi!

It's week 4 since I created my account and uploaded my driving license, and so far, I still can't use the application. I put down 50 eur to the account, expecting that I can start using the service in the next 48 hours, but no. I contacted cx supprt to raise my issue, and they promised an approval in the next 48hrs. For the next 3 weeks, I kept calling them to find a solution, but each time, i was told the same exact script. Wait 24-48hrs.. Extremely useless example of cx supprt. 📛📛📛📛📛📛

I got fined for illegal parking. OK, I did wrong I don't mind paying the fine. What I do mind is having my fine tripled by Spark. I was in no way notified in the app what I got charged for. Had to call support to know what I was charged for.
