The app is pretty low quality by today's standards. I timeout every few minutes even while I have the app open in the background. The scheduling flow needs work. If I go to the date I need on the calendar, I have to re-enter it during the ordering process. There are missing links and information too. Furthermore, drivers show up when they please, not when needed. Sometimes they're 1½ hours early and expect me to be ready. Worse, I've been ready and stranded without notice three weeks in a row!

since they worked out the bugs, it's a really good app and does what it is meant for. The only thing that I see is that you can't make a double reservation if you have more than one appointment in a day. Not all appointment can be set. One Of my reoccurring appointments the app won't accept the Address. Notifications after midnight is crazy.

This app is so buggy. It's okay when it works, but not reliable. Be sure to book at least a week in advance so that you have plenty of time to call if (when) you have problems. If you're doing the mileage reimbursement, I recommend keeping a paper log folded in your wallet so if (when) it fails, you can try to get it signed while you're still at the doctor. I'm writing this review while sitting in the waiting room of my doc office, app says I'm not here.
