This app used to be super reliable for me but they keep updating it and making it even more confusing to read. They're trying to make it super intuitive or something but it really doesn't need to be. I miss how it used to look. Just missed by bus because there are 2 different arrival times and I was focused on the one constantly updating... which I guess was the wrong one? It also deleted all my favorites again 🥲

The Dreamer
I don't like the new updated app. It took away my favorite routes i had saved. When I added the routes back, it saved the routes for that time only. Seeing the nearby buses is nice, but I spend too much time checking the direction of that bus. My favorites would previously show the buses I selected and the next time that bus was due. The app also used to track the buses and say if one was late, canceled, or early. The app was not always accurate, but it used to be more accurate than Google.

When it works, it's great, but the fact I have to change my password and reauthenticate more often on this than my own bank app is ridiculous. Half the time I do, it'll give some authentication service error, making me wait before I can do anything on the app. On top of that, half the time when I open the app, it seems to forget my septa card, and I have to close and reopen it in order to be able to manage my travel funds.
