Probably the most useless app, impossible to book appointments with either a specialist or even the PCP, options are always "call the office", which defeats the purpose of having an app. Can't even request refills. Check in process is awful, as it has a major lag, and by the time you are at your appointment, it's easier to just check in at the front desk. Overall, the only good thing about this app is the fact that it keeps your visits.

I absolutely love the convenience of using my chart! You can do almost everything right inside the app! You can see your appts as well as your kids can be added as well! After visit summaries, message your doctors, cancel and set appointments, add them to your phone calendar! And so much more! Highly recommended for those who use spectrum for their healthcare!

The reason for the 2 rating score is because it would not let me back in the program. What I mean buy that is I would have to reenter the password. It would not except my passwored. I entered the password like 75 times and nada, nothing. I was so flustered and over it so much. Had to delete app and reinstall the app. For me to be able to log in and be able to use the application.
