The app is extremely basic. at a glance, spending to date should show. The only way to see ytd info is to look at individual claims. also, I have selected email for claim communication yet I receive three pieces of paper in the mail for each claim.

I'm clicking on claims and it's and empty page, then clicking on find care and it's an empty page.

If your font size is larger on your phone and you try to send a message the send button is hidden so you have to change the font and then send a message. Also the keyboard will cover up the message so you have to key in the info first and then close the keyboard to see what you wrote.
