Ratings and reviews

The app is good , but their customer service is lacking. For example, if you step into one of EW Rurals branches to cash in or deposit, they are not able to assist and tell you that over the counter deposits are not allowed. Aside, deposit interest is low, and they will charge you if you fall below maintaining balance. Overall, PalawanPay, Gotyme, and Mayabank are still better. I am closing my account.

Avoid this bank. They will lock you out of your funds for no good reason. I was a verified user since 2020. Last week, I was forced by the app to update my information, so I did. The app won't let me in while they review my updated information, locking me out of my own money for no good reason. The app said it will only take 2 days. It took 5 days and an email from me before I was able to access my funds again. I moved all of my money out as soon as I can.

The app is good for convenience. But unable to withdraw on the ATM booth and even online. I've tried many times, but still unsuccessful. Pls fix it. Thank you.
