for a basic remote app, sure the ability to replace a lost remote is great, but the over exhausting amount of ads, and misleading ones on top of it, make it completely unbearable. It needs a complete overhaul to be simplified to get to the point of the app itself, instead of a ton of ads and fighting to find the TINY button to go to the remote, and then having to repeat the headache after 20 seconds is a bit much too.

ads galore installed because my remote wouldn't work. does this app work? yes. does it work well and efficiently? No, because in five seconds or less, if you didn't find a show quick enough, the remote disappears, and you get to watch an ad for 15 to 30 seconds and close out 4 pop ups before you can use the remote again. 0 stars, do not recommend. (Unless you love ads and aggravation. then, by all means, install!)

Just download the actual Vizio app, it's free and no ads. too many ads on this app, like way too many. I can't turn something on without having at least 3 ads interrupt me. lately I've been having an ad for whiteout survival that will not close. I have to close the app and restart it. I will be uninstalling immediately.
