I have raised a return request on 12 July 2025, but the item has still not been picked up. When I contacted Trendyol customer support, I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 3 days. However, today marks the 5th day, and there has been no update or action taken. This experience has been quite disappointing. I expected better service from an established platform. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend the Trendyol app to others.

This is honestly the worst app I’ve ever used. They act like thieves. When I ordered something in the wrong size and returned it, they gave me the refund in coins instead of real money. Prices are also unfair and keep changing — one moment an item is 20, then suddenly it jumps to 40 for no reason. The app is full of problems, and it feels like they are scamming people instead of providing a fair service. Avoid this app if you don’t want to be cheated.

Another level of cheating is when you see the price of one item on the page while scrolling, then when you add it to your cart, the price doubles. For instance, I added things in my cart that were 30 AED, making it 62 AED. Every thing has been the same since the beginning; We can only remove Trendyol and demonstrate to them the consequences of losing clients as a result of their genuine dishonesty.
