Ratings and reviews

Great idea if it functioned correctly. Approx around 30% of purchases are tracked, even when using the app as described. Their support is completely useless, they don't read customer comments and just copy / paste generic useless comments. I have even directed them to the possible points of failure and how to investigate the issue through web log analysis. Still nothing useful back from them. I could have completed the investigation in 30mins.

I used it a few times, seems to work fine but you need to keep your purchases under control as 3 times in the last few months did not record it; not sure if it is because if you take too long the link expires or what. I always take long before I buy anything, anyway, it's very easy to claime it back and got most of them sorted.

Too much hassle! I've had issues with all but 1 purchase that I've made through the TopCashback app. Purchases don't always appear and then you have to wait 7 days before you can report it. Timescales for them to come back with a response are so long, you wonder if its worth continuing with it
