I LOVE the app, I honestly cannot believe the amount of info they give to you for free. If I googled or searched my VIN on a website it would automatically try to get me to purchase a report that would never give me the info I needed. If you need basic info this is the app for you! All I needed was if my car was a V4 or V6 yet no one could tell me for certain - I certainly didn't trust Advance Auto or AutoZone after they didn't list lug nuts that would fit but recommended locking ones! 10/10

It's fairly useful. I upgraded to avoid ads but find it kind of annoying that the information screen does not present the VIN along with the details of the vehicle. I use this for business and it would be helpful to be able to just screenshot the one details page including VIN along with make, model, and year. Reviewing for attention from creators. ****Looks like this may have been fixed. Upgraded rating ****Nevermind, it only works on some makes ****still no update, premium canceled

App won't recognize an older vehicle's 10-digit VIN (I have a 1971 Volkswagen Bug, which only has 10-digits, NOT 17-digits, as in newer vehicles), and, apparently will only read VINs consisting of a minimum of 17-digits. HOWEVER, the app DID successfully read the VIN on my 2014 Honda CR-V, and have a fairly accurate & detailed report/decoding of the 17-digit VIN, with the exception of the average "USED CAR PRICE" quote of only one value ($23,253). Fix the limitations, I'll adjust my tasting to 5
