Ratings and reviews

It used to work fine, but for some reason, the menu bar is gone. All of the actions I could take like transferring shares, checking my account information, or even accessing the FAQ are now inaccessible. Companies should be expected to confirm a working product before releasing an update, especially when it involves people's money!!! They'll still let you sell your shares as long as they get their cut...

Every review is about not being able to sign in to the app. I just downloaded it for the 1st time -- andoq and behold, I get an error message -- a 'generic error message' that states you cannot complete this process and to contact plan administrator -- and I'm just trying to create an account. I can't believe you would put out such an unstable app and not send feedback to those trying to use it. Shame on you for such a bad product!!

I'm not a "Wall Street" type of person... I don't keep up much with the stock markets and all that... With that being said, I must say this app is finding it's way to helping me to understand how stocks and bonds and trading, etc., basic idea of how it works anyhow. The more I interact with this app, the more I understand. So, the more I interact with the app, the bigger the picture becomes and so will a higher rating. The rating will go up. Awesome tool to have. Thank you!
