The service was great when I first used this app at my former apt complex. Now at a new property, I've had to provide all types of verification for my new apt complex just to see if I can still use this service. I don't know why NOW I have to verify prove I'm worthy to use them when before it was just an easy sign on & go!

this company is very inconsistent with their payment options. they state that they take the payment out in 24 hours but it is longer than that. you are given less than 10 hours to fix a payment issue. and they will not allow you to change it. they have an overseas call center when most Americans are out of a job. I would suggest staying away from this app because it is not run by a reputable company. not to mention they charge you an arm and a leg to use it

This app would be great but my resident portal does not accept manual entries because it links the bank account automatically through stripe and plaid. They tell you to bypass by entering incorrect login info but that did not work for me so this does NOT work anywhere you rent as advertised.
