Slow responses from assistants. I've been trying to open an account and I sent documents through, but it's been weeks and all I've been told is that my documents are in review. If the service is already this bad, I can't imagine what'll it be like when/if I eventually start using it fully. This is so frustrating and it defeats the entire purpose for the app. I would rate it 5 stars but it's so so so frustrating. I mean at this moment when I try to log in,i get a login error message. This sucks!!

Hi Heston! We sincerely apologize for the trouble you've had with our app thus far. Upon looking into the verification process on your account, we noticed that your passport scan has yet to be completed. Please log into your account to complete that process. Once done, kindly send us your permit at KYC_FICA@spotmoney.com

So I've been using the app for a few months, and I'm enjoying the experience but a few things they can improve on ... can we get in app notification because we never know if we received payment or have made(a deduction )payment... also, the tap to pay doesn't work on all card machines... Lastly, when we receive payment, can we get a prompt or something that shows who it's from because it just says bank transfer

Hi Ayanda. Thank you for your feedback! When someone pays you via EFT you receive a notification via email. When you pay someone it is reflected in your transaction history. You can also generate a proof of payment from the App. If you need help with anything, reach out to us by tapping "Get Help" in the App or via email at help@spotmoney.com.

I'm currently trying to sign up, trying to create a 4-digit pin, and for some reason, the "Next" button seems to not be working. Please help. [Edit] I uninstalled then reinstalled the app, and even after I set a new pin, it keeps saying "Login error".
