Ratings and reviews

I booked a ticket recently and am trying to get the itenary via email. An option is available to send the email from the app but it seems to be broken. Also it's not letting me in when I try login from the website. Calling customer care is taking a long time.. hope I get through soon. Update(28/8/24): customer care was able to email me my itenary. The issue with the app also seems to be fixed now. Great work team and thanks for the support!

Fairly poor app. Ive given this app/airline a solid go over the last 2 months as i travel internationally every week and the competitor apps are FAR better. The Qantas app I can't even see my boarding passes and have to get paper ones from the counter. The flight details never update the Gate # and just sits there with a - despite the airports knowing which gate I'm leaving from. This app has a good groundwork but needs serious updates. Will try book more with other airlines moving forward.

Not sure what's going on but their customer service is going downhill, it's so bad that it's similar to Jetstar. It's a problem because just like almost everything else in Australia, services are concentrated with just a few big companies so there are not many options out there. At least Virgin seems to be holding up more consistently.
