Creating an account doesn't work from within the app. First time I created an account on my phone, clicked the confirmation email (I clicked it on my computer), then tried to login on my computer. Says "wrong password", so I reset my password and try to login again, this time it says "A technical error has occurred. Please try to log in again". No matter how many times I login, it still says that... What I ended up having to do was creating a second account all from my computer for it to finally work! Given I think this might be an error on the server-side or something, but this needs to be addressed ASAP. Another issue I found was that on the new purchase screen if you type too quickly in the departure text field the app will crash to a gray screen. Overall a frustrating experience and it makes me worried that the app will stop working when I need it to :(

I used to be able to purchase tickets with relative ease until about 2-3 months ago. There has been a serious of bugs that have rendered the app practically unusable and is even likely deterring passengers from using Belgian trains. Issues ranging from involuntary user log-out to an inability to search train schedules has rendered this app complete garbage. Will avoid using SNCB train at all cost until fixed.

It's basic functions are ok but I have two issues: I can not search for the app as NMBS (have to use SNCF), this is because my phone it set to English ( is ok for phones set to Dutch). Some actions in the app have haptic feedback (as there is no option to turn this off this is a bug, I could live with it if it would respect general haptic feedback settings but they are off)

What's new

Hotfix: Keyboard Display Issue
We’ve fixed an issue where the keyboard was not appearing when users needed to type within the app. This update solves the issue.
