How do you keep making things worse?! The app sucks now. I can't reload a custom amount to a gift card. It's so hard to just function. If you want ppl to go to you and not amazon get your act together! Also bring back the customer terminals to the physical stores! You did it for xmas so the stores need it! Also the app doesn't work so no one will want to use it!!!! Look at your score!

Update that was supposed to put the save for later to wish list removed everything, including what was IN MY WISH LIST Also, search often doesn't work. App is harder to navigate than it used to be.

The worst app ever. I'm logged in but I can never view my cart. It says technical difficulties. I've tried to clear cache and reinstall it and nothing works. The app is a piece of junk.
