Worst app I m trying to continue open online bank account all information submitted successfully after that I got an SMS that we go to branch for opening bank account, online services are too much poor 😞

Worst bank every! The account won't open online because the national address error pops up whereas I've already set the national address on spl. The branch staff won't help although I provided proof of national address and they tell me to go to the app or website to open the account!

It is a very primitive app. Maybe it would be a great app if we are in 2011. You can do nothing with your app except if you want check your account balance, transfer money, or pay the bills. On top of that, you'll have to go through your basic, unfriendly and ugly user interface to do them. WAKE UP GUYS. But on second thoughts, you are keeping the app too minimal cause you consider old people who thinks technology complicates things, and can gets easily frustrated by it. Hence, the extra star.
