PS; It is very very useful and saves time when you need it but the minor concern which I think is linked to the network service providers such as MTN & Vodafone which results in the random inconvenience of having problems sending funds should be rectified to cater to the large number of users, secondly the accessibility feature of the ui should have dark mode to prevent vision impairment. Aside everything that needs to be added to improve the usability, I think the app is very handy.

This app is very frustrating and forget about trying to get help setting it up online. You really are not delivering what you promised with this app especially for those outside Africa. The app should work on any phone and any phone number around the world as long as the person as an active account with Ecobank. Please have a professional fix it. It is really worth it if you want to keep some customers.

This is frustrating, I cannot access my account anymore. I kept getting the advertisement slide anytime I click on the app to check my account, I have done everything it asked me to do, but it kept go over and over. Installed and installed, still nothing is changing. I have pending transactions to complete.
