**. Faster access to funds is based on a comparison of traditional banking policies and deposit of paper checks from employers and government agencies versus deposits made electronically. Direct Deposit and earlier availability of funds are subject to payer's support of the feature and timing of payer's funding.
***. Overdraft Protection ("ODP") is an optional service made available to eligible CARD Premium Bank Account by Pathward Customers. Once you enroll and meet the eligibility requirements, you will be charged $15.00 for each transaction that overdraws your account by more than $10.00, up to a maximum of four (4) fees per calendar month. To avoid that fee, you have twenty-four (24) hours from the time of the first transaction that creates the overdraft to bring your Account back to a zero ($0.00) or a positive balance. Transactions subject to an overdraft fee are signature and PIN purchase transactions. ATM transactions and ACH Debit transactions are not eligible for coverage. Any negative balance must be repaid within thirty (30) days. Whether we authorize an overdraft is discretionary, and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically will not pay overdrafts if you fail to meet the eligibility requirements for this service or you attempt too many transactions or transactions that create too large of an overdraft. Contact Customer Service at (844) 227-3602 or log in to your Online Account Center for additional terms and conditions that apply, including initial and ongoing eligibility requirements for the service. This service may be expensive, so we encourage you to research alternatives before enrolling. Once enrolled, you may opt-out at any time; however, you are responsible to repay any overdrawn amounts on your account even if you opt-out of the service.
****. The Savings Account linked to your CARD Premium Bank Account by Pathward is established by Pathward, N.A., Member FDIC. The interest rate and APY may change. The APY was accurate as of 08/17/2020. The minimum balance required to open the Savings Account is $10. I really enjoy having my direct deposit. Go to this account because it posts around 9 pm local time the night before payday. I also opened a savings account. It is very easy to transfer money between accounts as well. I opted in for overdraft, but I am unsure. How much overdraft is available. My main issue with using the overdraft is that when I have money in savings but forgot to transfer into checking and swipe my card, it declines every time. The biggest complaint is the app malfunctioning.

personally like the card, features easy to navigate through and it shows me all I need from my app. I also like that you can order up to three cards, without having it apply new info since it uses your same acct/ routing number,an it has texts alerts plus it let's you have options for other stuff like if your trying to save money, etc overall a pretty good card to have...

I'm getting sick and tired of trying to sign into the app to check my balance, transfer money or lock/unlock my card and the darn thing won't even load and is pretty much useless. This literally happens way to often and is highly inconvenient, especially in cases of an emergency. I will be switching banks ASAP because this is not worth dealing with.
