The cash back % is not applied correctly. I have several purchases of groceries from Lulu Hypermarket but the percentage cash back (which should be 2%) is being applied as 1%. Only one time was it correctly applied as 2%. Also, my Online OSN subscription had 0% cashback when it should be 6%?!. I have one talabat payment categorized as Real-estate payment ?! Beyon needs to fix the problem with the cashback process.

i was hesistant at first to use it but by a friends recommendations,i finally try to use it and i did not regret it.transfer in minutes and process was seemless,and a low rates when it comes to international transfer,a good choice indeed. . thanks! keep it up

So far very bad experience, If the money deducted from my account and give me the transaction number then how it's not approved?? They deducted the money and something wrong with their system after you have to wait for how many days I don't know. And also the refund you will not get back to the original payment method it will come to beyon wallet which is also scam because after that there is no option to withdraw it you have to use their service again. Worst experience many times.
