Worst experience, for pre booking they are not at all confirming the bookings, and there is no customer support contact. If don't want to confirm then why you are taking the bookings

Pathetic experience We had to celebrate birthday i was wirh family and felt really embarrased twice The menu of a restaurant got updated and its not updated on the app One restuarant got closed long ago and its showing on the app When we reached there the restaurant s not there Pathetic pathetic pathetic

No support or chat option in working condition. Chat always lands into swiggy food support team who are unable to help for Dineout requests or issues even transferred to same team again and again. Pathetic experience. Team lied saying tried calling when I recieved no calls. Even on calls they have not helped or transferred to their senior team lead or anyone. Just saying like fake bpo calls - try to open Dineout app and then chat. Think people are fools or what. No proper help or support Dineout
