I will say that this app is nice if you want something quick and don't want to go to the on-campus options. However, I have 2 main complaints: firstly, the UI is clunky and takes some getting used to, and I wish that it was a bit more user-friendly. Secondly, as far as I know, there's no way to complain about a wrong order after the driver has left (I don't want to poorly rate a driver that did nothing wrong). I wish there was some sort of customer support I could contact for this sort of thing.

Absolutely love this service! Eagle Bites has been our new family treat! The app is user friendly, and the service itself can't be beat! We have no complaints! Amazing service!!! (Update: We have been using this app and service for months now and EVERYTHING about ALL of it has been sooo positive! App never fails, food is delicious, customer service is amazing, drivers are always awesome! We are very happy this service is available!)
