Ordering online saves you NO time! The app process doesn't work. It's not efficient. I place an order for pickup. I click "ASAP". When I arrive at the store I click "I'm here". I go inside and the order slip just comes out of their printer! I ordered in advance so I don't have to wait. Why do I still need to stand in the store for 10 mins while my order is made?? I could just walk in & get the same delays. Worthless!

Good app, great food! But, back to the app. It was good when it first came out, and it still is - good. But in 2021 we could use some great updates, and specifically some additional options and features. How about a notes feature for the food preparers? Serving instructions? For instance - I live about 20 minutes from my local FG's. By the time I get home, my lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles are warm and wilted. I want that stuff crunchy, cool and ready to be stacked. It would be great to have an option for the vegetables to be put in their own tin container (for us non-bun people), or foil. Also, this is long over due: can we please get the option to add our FG's gift certificates in a wallet within the app so I don't have to keep those numbers with my all the time? I'd like to add them for use when I need to, and not have to concern myself with a payment method when it's time to check out. Thanks!

App seems to be having issues. I tried to submit a delivery order, but it said to try again due to a connection issue. So I did. I then got two confirmation texts that my oder was placed, and on the app I see two consecutive orders being done. Doesn't help that the location I have to get delivered from doesn't have a working phone to allow me to cancel. Very annoying, and wasting my money and the time of the store to make extra food nobody will eat.
