I usually don't bother with reviews but this service is incredible! I just got off the phone with an actual expert who helped with troubleshooting via a face to face connection. He was knowledgeable and friendly and confirmed my thought processes and went beyond with his expertise. He did all this - taking over an hour with me during my initial free call. I was very impressed. I will be spreading the word, and the service charge is only $25 for a year. They've got a new client in me!

I like the idea that they're bringing telehealth to the real estate or home care area. When I was using one session to video call an expert they did provide notes and a link to the product that I should purchase at a local home improvement store. The hyperlinks don't work 5/1/24: changing my review from 2 to 1 ⭐. Frontdoor responded with an email address. I emailed them and they didn't respond. Horrible customer service

Zak was SO helpful! very patient and eager to assist. We unfortunately could not remove the back panel from our fridge so we will call back once that's been completed

What's new

In our latest release, we've updated the video chat integration.
